Reminds me of the boom days – free service, unclear how the company expects to profit. My guess is by leveraging the contact info of its users.
Risks aside, does seem useful – although http post isn’t particularly attractive as a send mechanism for genuinely large files.

In my experience browsers tend to time out with large files – I don’t consider http post as reliable as other mechanisms. It’s partly bias, I’m sure.
