There’s an interesting project, LAT — an LDAP browser written in C# with Mono and Gtk#. Windows Installer for Gtk# is available, but I never tried Gtk# or LAT on Windows.

Currently, the best free ldap browser/editor is ldapeditor. It only runs on Windows but its far better than the current field. Check it out at http://www.ldapeditor.com
