NYC .NET Developer’s Group – Meeting Summary
Last Thursday Lab49 sponsored the NYC .NET Developer’s Group meeting.
For those of you who are interested, here is the presentation I gave on Model/View/Controller architectures:
Presentation to NYC .NET Developer’s Group on Thursday, Oct 20, 2005: Model/View/Controller
As you can imagine, this is a large topic with tons to discuss, and I only had 10-15 minutes; I tried to focus on a few key points and then took some questions from the audience. As a result the presentation is not terribly detailed but hopefully can serve as a launching point for some discussion and learning on the topic.
Charles Petzold was the featured speaker; his talk is up here on his website.
Patric Johansson also has a nice writeup of Mr. Petzold’s talk on his blog.

Thanks for the plug, Daniel. It is interesting how many variations there are on this 26 year old pattern.
